This is a very spacious lower level suite with private entrance. It has 2 bedrooms (each containing 1 queen bed), and the living area contains 2 sofa beds for sleeping extra guests. An additional single mattress can be made available as well. There is 1 large washroom with a shower.
The house is located in a very family-friendly neighbourhood. The bus stop that can take you directly downtown is right beside the house. It’s so close you can wait on the front porch of the house for the bus to come.

" My friend and I came for a 4-day workshop that was given nearby. Great accommodation option, and easily commutable (the bus stop is exactly 2 secs away from the apartment). Cozy basement with warm deco, more necessities than we need, and Prea was a nice, available, and responsive host.
