This bright, spacious apartment occupies the entire main floor of the 5-unit building. You will enjoy cooking and dining in the newly renovated, bright, fully functional kitchen with eat-in dining area. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with dressers and closets, and you will be sure to have a great night’s sleep in the brand new beds. This house can accommodate 6 guests total with the 3 Queen-sized beds in each bedroom. There is also a large, bright living room with TV, a spacious bathroom, and laundry machines behind closed doors off the kitchen.
Parking is available onsite, and the communal front porch is available for enjoying a breath of fresh air.
This is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, and the apartment is conveniently located close to many stores and restaurants. It is a 2 minute walk to Les Galeries de Hull (shopping mall) which has a food court and even a grocery store; 7 minute walk to Walmart; 3 minute walk to Moca Loca Cafe and La Pataterie Hulloise (amazing poutine!) among many other cafes and restaurants.
It is close to Museum of History, Parc de la Gatineau (Gatineau Park – great for hiking and biking), Casino Lac-Leamy, Canadian War Museum, Parliament Hill, Byward Market, and Downtown Ottawa.
This is a great location to catch seasonal events such as the Hot Air Balloon Festival, the International Fireworks Competition, all the festivities of Canada Day in the capital city, Bal de Neige/Winterlude Festival, and all the wonderful food and music festivals that take place near downtown Ottawa (Jazz Fest, Blues Fest, Ribs Fest, Greek Fest, Poutine Fest, to name a few!)

" I’ve spent two months in this house and let me tell you, it was an amazing choice. Everything is very clean, the owner is always free to help if you need anything, the rooms were very comfortable and the neighbourhood is really quiet. Furthermore, the location makes traveling around Hull and Ottawa cities a lot easier. The bus stop is really close to the house and if you like to walk, Ottawa is easy to reach. "
