" Prea was such a gem! Her details and communication with us prior to and during our stay was above and beyond. The loft is SUPER clean and you can tell she's very organized and cares about her guest's stay. The parking isn't ideal, but it honestly wasn't too bad (just make sure your doors are locked). It's a pretty quiet neighbourhood and we made it through the weekend without seeing anyone else in the building at all! Thank you again Prea! This was my first time staying in an AirBnB and you made the stay extra special! The place was SO clean, and I loved that you checked in with us to see how the stay was going. We had such a lovely time in Ottawa and would definitely recommend your spot to others! "
