The main floor contains the kitchenette, eating area, living room with pull-out couch and TV, and washroom. The kitchenette contains 2 mini fridges, 2 stove-top burners, a microwave, toaster, and kettle. This suite is most suitable for guests who plan to eat out more than cook meals on-site. Downstairs contains 1 spacious bedroom, another sitting area with pull-out couch, and a full, modern, beautiful bathroom.

This is an amazing family-friendly area. It’s one block away from St. Laurent Blvd. which has many plazas for shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and it’s extremely close to St. Laurent mall. It’s also a great area for biking, and thanks to a new pedestrian bridge, you could easily bike across the Rideau Canal to make your way downtown towards Byward Market or Parliament.

There are easy buses to catch on St. Laurent Blvd. that will take you downtown or anywhere you need to go. Downtown Ottawa is only a 9 min. Uber drive away.

Please note, for your food prep information, there is no large fridge for large loads of groceries. One of the 2 mini-fridges has a small freezer space. There is cupboard space to store any dry and easy-to-prepare breakfast or snack foods.
