This is a very large, very spacious house ideal for a large family, a diplomatic family, a retreat group, or group of workers. There are currently 8 bedrooms furnished with 9 beds that can sleep 18 guests (6 bedroom are upstairs on the 2nd floor, 1 bedroom is on the main floor, and 1 bedroom is in the basement).

There are 2 ensuite bathrooms in 2 of the 2nd floor bedrooms, as well as a 3rd full bathroom on the 2nd floor, and a powder room on the main floor. There are 2 full bathrooms also in the basement.

There is a backyard with a deck, which backs onto a park. This is a great house for large families with kids!

Not suitable for parties. It is close to downtown, Carleton university and Algonquin college. 10 min drive to the Airport, and to Parliament hill. Walking distance to Mooney’s Bay and Hog’s Back Park. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby.
